TripNexa is a web app for planning and organizing trips. Bring together destinations, dates, place ideas, an editable daily itinerary and travel documents. You can plan manually or use AI assistance for suggestions and itinerary changes.

Yes. Edit your itinerary and ask for changes in your own words. TripNexa lets you preview proposed changes before applying them. AI suggestions are a starting point: check locations, opening hours, travel times and booking details with the relevant provider.

Yes. Enter destinations and travel details manually, choose places, and edit your plan yourself. AI is optional assistance within the planning workflow. Manual planning and file uploads remain available when an AI service is unavailable.

Yes. Free includes one lifetime trip creation, manual planning, an online itinerary, maps, public sharing, four Wallet files and one full AI itinerary generation. Additional AI usage is limited. Deleting a trip does not reset your allowance. Current availability and limits are shown in the app.

Pro includes premium planning features such as PDF export, document extraction, Smart Repair and advanced AI, with higher Wallet capacity. Pro Monthly includes 20 new premium trips per monthly billing period. Pro Annual includes 20 new premium trips per annual billing period. Usage and provider limits still apply.

Trip Packs are one-time purchases of 5, 10 or 20 credits. Unused credits do not expire. One credit creates one new premium trip or can be used to activate an existing free trip. A subscription’s available new-trip allowance is used before pack credits. Deleting a trip does not return its credit.

You can manage cancellation from the billing area in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid billing period. You keep subscription access until that period ends. Review the current subscription details in your account before making changes.

Trips created with your Pro allowance and trips activated with a credit keep their premium access after the subscription ends. An existing free trip receives temporary premium access while Pro is active; it returns to free access afterward unless separately activated with a credit. Unused pack credits remain available.

Yes. Travel Wallet groups files under Flights, Stay / Hotel, Tickets and Documents. A booking can contain multiple files, including tickets for different travelers. You can view and download saved files. Your Wallet files are not included in public trip links.

No. Where booking links are available, TripNexa sends you to an external provider to check the details and complete your booking. The provider controls prices, availability, payment and cancellation terms. Some links may earn TripNexa an affiliate commission.

Yes. Open TripNexa in a modern web browser on your phone, tablet or computer. The app uses an internet connection. Premium PDF export lets you save a copy of an itinerary; TripNexa does not promise a native mobile app or full offline access.

A public link shows the shared itinerary. Private notes, ticket file links and Wallet documents are excluded. You can hide accommodation details and related routes, disable sharing or generate a new link from your trip.
