1. Service provider and scope
TripNexa is a web-based travel-planning and organization service. Its application supports trip details, itinerary planning, saved files, optional AI assistance and links to external booking providers.
OWNER REVIEW: identify the legal service provider, registered address, contact information, effective date, contracting process, eligibility and minimum age.
2. Your account
Use accurate account information, keep sign-in credentials confidential and use the available account recovery and security controls when needed. Do not access another person’s account or trip without authorization.

3. Your content and acceptable use
Add only content and documents you are entitled to use. Consider the privacy of other travelers when entering their details. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to distribute malicious content or to interfere with other users or the service.

4. Planning information and AI assistance
Itineraries, suggestions, travel times, routes and extracted document details require your review. AI and third-party information can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check opening hours, addresses, transport, entry requirements, accessibility and booking details with the appropriate official source or provider.
Adding a place to an itinerary is not a reservation. An itinerary is not a guarantee of access, admission, safety or transport availability.
5. Free access
The current Free plan includes one lifetime trip creation, manual planning, an online itinerary, maps, public sharing, four Wallet files and one full AI generation. Other usage limits and feature availability are shown in the app. Deleting a trip does not reset the lifetime allowance.
6. Pro subscriptions
Pro Monthly is $9.99 USD per month and includes 20 new premium trips per monthly billing period. Pro Annual is $79.99 USD per year and includes 20 new premium trips per annual billing period. Annual trip allowance is not monthly.
Subscriptions renew according to their selected interval. Cancellation is managed from the app and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Subscription-created premium trips keep premium access after the subscription ends. An existing free trip’s temporary Pro access ends unless that trip is separately activated.
Premium features include PDF export, document extraction, Smart Repair and advanced AI. Capacity and provider usage limits apply.

7. Trip Credits
Trip Packs are one-time purchases: 5 credits for $14.99 USD; 10 credits for $24.99 USD; 20 credits for $39.99 USD. Unused credits do not expire. One credit can create one new premium trip or activate an existing free trip. Activated trips retain premium access.
Available subscription allowance is used before credits for new trips. Deleting a trip does not return its used allowance or credit.
OWNER REVIEW: approve the credit purchase terms, refund and withdrawal rights, treatment of mistaken purchases and any transfer restrictions. Do not infer a no-refund policy from the technical credit rules.
8. Payments
Purchases are initiated in the application through the available payment flow. The marketing website does not process payments. Review the amount, currency, tax and recurring or one-time nature of a purchase before confirming it.
Current purchase availability is shown in the app. A displayed price on this website does not imply a particular payment method is available in every location.
9. Tours, tickets and third-party services
TripNexa is not the merchant for tours or tickets purchased through external booking links. The provider controls the listing, price, availability, payment, confirmation, service delivery, cancellation and refund terms. Direct booking questions to that provider.
Some links may earn TripNexa a commission. See the affiliate disclosure. Provider availability may vary, and a link does not confirm a booking.
10. Files and sharing
Keep your own copies of important travel documents. Review the itinerary before enabling a public link. Public sharing excludes private notes and Wallet file links, but anyone with the shared link can view the information included in the public itinerary.
TripNexa requires an internet connection for its online features. A saved PDF is a copy of the itinerary at export time and may not reflect later changes.
11. Availability and responsibilities
Features that rely on external services may be unavailable or limited at times. TripNexa does not replace official travel guidance, venue confirmations or a provider’s booking terms.

12. Governing law, disputes and changes
